Zach McAllister loses to twins The Cleveland Indians are at it again, they are losing to the Minnesota Twins, a team you would think the Tribe could beat. Zach McAllister got the start as the Indians lost their second game in a row to the Twins. The Indians didn’t get the start from McAllister they wanted. McAllister only lasted 4-1/3 innings gave up 8 hits and 4 runs, he walked 2 and struck out 3. The Indians fall to 61-88 on the season their worst record in years, they could lose 100 games if they can’t find at least 2 more wins this season.

The Tribe tried to fight back, they scored 4 runs in their 6-4 loss. The Indians took the lead early with an Asdrubal Cabrera home run in the first inning, that wouldn’t last long. The Indians would see the twins take the lead in the third inning on a series of base hits by the Twins. The Tribe would tie the game up at 2 in the 3rd with a Jason Kipnis base hit that drove in Vinny Rottino. The Indians would lose control of the game in the fifth as the Twins scored 3 more runs.

The Tribe would fight back once more in the game, they would have a 2 run 8th only to fall short and they would lose the game 6-4 for their 88th loss on the year. Nobody can explain how this Indians team could completely fall apart in the second half of the season. The Indians didn’t make any moves to improve the team before the trade deadline and many feel the players just closed it down when they saw the Indians front office didn’t seem to care.

The Indians have 13 games left to try to crawl their way out of the basement in the A.L. Central. The team that once swept the Tigers can’t seem to find a way to beat the bad teams these days. The question is who will be the fall guy? Will Manny Acta return as the Indians manager in 2013? Tell us what you think.

Will The Cleveland Indians replace manager Manny Acta when the season ends? If they do would you like to see the Indians current Bench Coach Sandy Alomar Jr. name the manager of the Cleveland Indians? Just leave your comments below……
