Ubaldo JimenezThe Cleveland Indians continued the teams losing streak. The Tribe has now lost their 8th game in a row. The Indians have fallen to 50-57, 7-1/2 games behind the first place team with no ending of their losing streak in sight. The Indians have been terrible since the All-Star break, the teams pitching and hitting has been terrible. Ubaldo Jimenez tried to end the losing streak in Detroit. Jimenez gave up 6 runs on 7 hits. The Indians pitchers have no edge against the teams they are playing and the team has no offense either.

The Indians need the team to get refocused on playing baseball. Kipnis,Cabrera, Santana, Lopez,Kotchman and  Hannahan all went hit-less against the Tigers. The Cleveland Indians have to face the Tigers again today before returning home to Progressive field to take on the Twin who swept the Indians to get this 8 game losing streak started. The Indians were 7-2 against the Tigers this season now with the 6-1 lose the Tribe falls to 7-4 against the Tigers. The Indians look like a team that has just given up.

TIME FOR MANNY TO TAKE A HIKE. TOO MANY DOUBLE PLAYS, WHEN LEAD OFF MAN GETS ABOARD, NO SMALL BALL BUNTS TO ADVANCE RUNNERS. NO DOUBLE STEAL ATTEMPTS. EVERYONE IS A FREE SWINGER FOR THE FENCE AND MOSTLY INDIVIDUALISTIC ATTITUDE AND NO TEAM PLAY. THEY MIGHT BE HAVING CLUBHOUSE PROBLEMS WE ARE NOT AWARE OF. AND WHAT ABOUT THEIR HITTING COACH, IS HE DOING HIS JOB? WHAT HAPPENED TO THE PITCHING STAFF? WHERE IS THAT POWER RIGHT HAND BAT WE HAVE BEEN HOPING FOR? HAVE THE PRESIDENT AND VISE PRESIDENT DONE THEIR JOB? IS THE PROBLEM TIGHT MONEY FROM THE OWNERS? THESE ARE A LOT OF QUESTIONS THAT NEED TO BE ADDRESSED, BECAUSE OUR TEAM HAS FALLEN OFF THE PLANET……………………….
