It was just a week ago when the Cavaliers held their players only meeting and then came out and played like a team that wanted to win. It is a shame these players don’t hold a players only meeting before every game.
The Cleveland Cavaliers were completely embarrassed by the San Antonio Spurs last night. The Cave knew they were in trouble when the Spurs led at half time 65-32.
Things got out of control early in this game and Mike Brown the Cavs head coach couldn’t find any answers in the second half either. Cleveland did out score San Antonio in the 3rd quarter 35-31, but it was too little too late.
This team has a lot of problems, they stink offensively an Mike Brown was supposed to improve them defensively. We don’t see that happening. The Cavs defense hasn’t been able to stop anyone from scoring.
The Cavs fall to 4-10 on the season and 1-8 on the road, they continue to struggle both at home and on the road. Browns has yet to find a starting rotation that is able to come out and play well together at the start of the game.
Dan Gilbert has to be concerned with the way the team is performing with Brown as the head coach. Maybe bringing Brown back wasn’t such a good idea.
The team is struggling and Brown doesn’t seem to have any answers. This team is in trouble. The trouble is about to get worse, the Cavs are off until Wednesday when they take on LeBron James and the Miami Heat at Quicken Loans Arena.
The team better use this time off, to find a way to play competitive basketball. They are going to need it against the Heat.
