After the Cleveland Browns held the largest protest in the NFL to date, with 10 players taking a knee during the National Anthem, the team took to the field and proceeded to beat the New Your Giants on national television.

The Cleveland defense looked pretty good in this one. The defense looks to be a hard-hitting punishing unit, that could be a dominant force in the NFL if they continue to play this way, throughout the season.

The Browns defense put a hit on ODell Beckham, that would send him to the locker room early, it turns out it was his ankle. Beckham couldn't even make it to the locker room, he fell to his knees in the tunnel and had to be helped up from there.

Then the Cleveland Browns defense knocked Brandon Marshall out of the game, with an injury to his shoulder. These are two big players for the Giants, and if they are out for any extended period, it could really hurt the Giants season.

The Cleveland Browns started on offense with Brock Osweiler playing quarterback. He looked terrible and made too many mistakes. I can't see how Hue Jackson could pick him to be the Browns starter, once the season starts, unless he finds a way to seriously improve and stop making the stupid mistakes.

Deshone Kizer got some extended playing time. Kizer looked pretty good, but it is clear he still needs time to get NFL ready. He completed 8 of the 13 passes he threw, for 74 yards. He was sacked a couple of times, and that worries me.

I hope this kid can make it through the season healthy. He had one rushing touchdown, on a play from the goal-line.

Cody Kessler came in late in the game, and he looked better than he has before this season. The Browns have a bunch of work to do to get this offense ready for the regular season. Maybe Hue Jackson needs to keep it simple.

I know the teams defensive looks better, but it is still per-season.

I am a bit shocked that the team had 10 guys take a knee during the National Anthem. These players forgot what a privilege it is to play football in the National Football League. It is not only a disgrace to the league, it's a disgrace to the team and the city of Cleveland.
