I am convinced Isaiah Crowell crossed the line when he posted a picture of what looked like a terrorist, cutting the throat of a police officer. Crowell has since apologized, and it looks like he will donate one of his game checks to the fallen police officers, in Dallas, Texas.
Is this enough? Should someone who pulled what Isaiah Crowell pulled be allowed to remain in the NFL? The league is trying to set a higher standard. After all, children look up to these players, and some make them their heroes.
We have to stop and think about the Browns forcing Crowell to apologize too. I mean the team's front office was appalled by his actions. Would Crowell be offering his apologies, if the team didn't take the stand they did?
Crowell is not setting a good example for America's young people. It's clear from the post, he has an unacceptable outlook towards law enforcement. Why should he be allowed to stay on the Cleveland Browns, or in the NFL for that matter?
The Cleveland Police are threatening to not work the games at First Energy Stadium this season. These hard-working men and women, of the C.P.D., put it all on the line day after day. They could be all that stands between someone like Crowell, being injured in a riot, or anything for that matter.
Do you think Isaiah Crowell should be allowed to stay in the NFL? Vote now and be sure to leave your opinion below........
