Rumors are surfacing about the Cleveland Browns hiring Rob Chudzinki as the new Head coach of the Cleveland Browns. Chudzinski served as the tight ends coach and interim offensive coordinator of the Cleveland Browns in 2004. In 2005, Chudzinski was hired as the tight ends coach of the San Diego Chargers. With the Chargers, he coached All-Pro tight end Antonio Gates. In 2007, Chudzinski was named the offensive coordinator of the Cleveland Browns. That year the Browns ranked eighth overall on Browns offense, sent 4 offensive players to the Pro Bowl, and finished 2nd in the AFC North with a record of 10-6, their most wins since 1994. However, after the 2008 season Chudzinski was replaced by Brian Daboll as offensive coordinator, following the firing of Browns head coach Romeo Crennel and the hiring of new head coach Eric Mangini. In 2009, Chudzinski returned to the San Diego Chargers as the tight ends coach and assistant head coach.
The Cleveland Browns have a new coach and it is no longer a rumor. One of my sources has just confirmed that Chudzinki is the new Head Coach of The Cleveland Browns….

Great…another head coach who will want to call the plays…the whacky carousel spins round and round in Cleveland
Look… I am a Browns fan… I liked Chud when he was here, he is a driven younger guy with 5 years of experience since he was here, he is going to bring in Norv Turner as his OC so we will see a vertical passing team… I think he is going to do well, very well. Sorry LG, but Weeden is going to have another year to prove himself, and I think he is going to succeed.. in fact I HOPE he does, if not, NEXT!
Only fear is the Defense… Mel Tucker? Really?
Actually, under further review… I am a bit excited about the whole coaching situation… GO BROWNS!! Let’s set the bar at 8-8 next year!
