The Cleveland Cavaliers have met with LeBron James’s agent. They placed on the table everything LeBron would want to come back and sign with the Cavaliers. The Cavs sat down and worked out a deal with Rich Paul, who represents James.
Paul and the Cavs met in Cleveland. Paul’s office is in Cleveland and it is believed the Cleveland Cavaliers offered to bring LeBron back and according to a report by Fox Sports Ohio, the Cavs pitched overall roster flexibility and ability to add a third star next to James and point guard Kyrie Irving should the situation arise.
While LeBron and his family are on vacation, Paul is talking to the teams interested in signing LeBron. James isn’t going to put on the shame show he did in 2010, when he left the Cavaliers, and went to the Heat on a national televised show on ESPN.
I believe these meetings are just a formality. James in my humble opinion is going to sign with the Cleveland Cavaliers, and I also think it is already a done deal. James always wanted to return to the team he started with and his wife Savannah, really wants to be back in the Akron, Ohio area.
She is the one who first broke the story about LeBron James coming home. James will make the decision soon. I would be shocked if he picked any other team besides the Cleveland Cavaliers to play for.
