The Cleveland Browns first over-all pick in the 2014 NFL draft, was forced to leave the field during today’s OTA’s with what looked like an apparent knee injury. It’s not clear at this time whether or not it is anything serious or not.

For fans of the Cleveland Browns, this could bring back their worst nightmares. Other players that showed great promise, were forced to end their careers in Cleveland, before they even got started. The Injury Gilbert suffered, appeared to be to his right knee.

Is it serious, our sources don’t know as of yet. Gilbert limped off the field and had ice placed on his knee. He was seen later on pacing the sidelines with the knee heavily wrapped. This isn’t a good sign for the Browns number one pick.

The good news is he was walking on it under his own power, and not with the help of others. The good news in this case is it is only May. Gilbert should have plenty of time to recover, unless this is a serious season ending injury.

By the way he was moving around after icing the knee, it didn’t appear to be the case. Lets hope it was only a bruise, but we all know Cleveland Sports teams are cursed. Lets just hope that curse doesn’t affect this kid.

Well, The old curse is still in place, alive and well! Here we go again! They are starting to fall before summer camp! What’s going to happen in that. If I recall, in the Tim Couch era we had 15 starters injured! I just don’t have anything to say any more, other than “AMAZING” is that the new word to describe everything these days! Everything is AMAZING!!! Except the Browns.
