The Cleveland Browns terminated the contract of Tight End Evan Moore on Friday and on Saturday the Seahawks cut Kellen Winslow and added Evan Moore to their roster. Moore had missed time in training camp with some injuries and the Browns didn’t feel the need to retain his services. Moore now will join the Seattle Seahawks and his skills will be used on the West coast. Moore showed some promise with the Browns, he wasn’t ever the target consistently in the Browns west coast offense.
He now has a chance to shine with his new team and probably will join the list of other Cleveland Athletes who go on to become good players. Moore played in all 16 games for the Browns last season he had 34 receptions for 324 yards and 4 touchdowns. Considering the year the Browns had last season Moore’s stats aren’t too bad.
