Plenty has been talked about when it comes to Mitchell Mortaza and the way he treats the women who play in the LFL. Today lets take a look and then ask the questions about others who run parts of the LFL. In particular, lets focus in on Heather Theisen. What is Heather’s role in the Lingerie Football league? When I read the many e-mails sent my way from former players in the LFL, many of them have been signed by Heather Theisen. The title you see under Heather’s name says she is the Creative Director of the Lingerie Football League. What is it that she creatively creates?
Is Heather the women behind the contracts that the league has the women sign, you know the ones that included the naked clause in them. The same one that use to tell you the signer can’t take it to an attorney to have looked over? Many e-mails I have show Heather’s name on the bottom. I don’t think this is Mitchell Mortaza placing her name in them, even though Mitchell Mortaza has many Twitter Accounts in which he tweets and tries to insult people as if they didn’t know it was him. I still think he lets Heather write her own e-mails.
After all if I am correct, somehow I think Heather does have some sort of ownership rights when it comes to the LFL. With that being said, wouldn’t you think a great looking lady like the Creative Director Heather Theisen would do something to change the way the LFL conducts itself? I mean come-on, in Australia the biggest replay that took place over and over again on the big screen in Sidney, contained a replay of a LFL player losing her panties.
Why would Heather allow this to take place? Does Heather Theisen get a kick out of seeing panty-less women? Does Heather enjoy it so much she would want it to continued to be shown over and over again? Is that what a Creative Director does in the LFL?
What about all the women who have been injured in the LFL playing football? Where was Heather when it came time to take care of these players medically? I know, Heather is creatively answering e-mails to give girls like former LFL player Keli Leabu a hard time when it comes to getting their knees rebuilt. Maybe that is what a creative director does, here are a couple of replies to e-mails Keli was good enough to share with me from the office of the LFL’s Creative Director Heather Theisen;
First off Heather Furr’s injury is known of your business. We are working with her. In relation to your injury Dr Khanna would be covering it since Mic apparently authorized it without advising the league.
Jeremy, please get in contact with Dr Khanna to discuss Kelli.Thank you,Heather Theisen

Kelli -You did not report your injury within 24hours to the league. This is the first we are hearing of any injury you received. Who approved you for an MRI? We have a very strict policy when it comes to reporting injury and you have not followed that. You also never mentioned being injured to me and I saw you all weekend?Heather Theisen

Look at the case of The kidnapping of Jaycee Lee Dugard. Garrido, 58, and his wife Nancy Garrido, 54, of Antioch, California, were arrested for kidnapping and other charges. This Guys wife helped him do these terrible things to a young girl. She would even help him and to this day people ask why? Like I said there sometimes are just no explanations to the way things happen. I am not saying the LFL is anywhere near as bad as the Dugard case, I am saying that sometimes people sit back and just let things happen and don’t stop the wrongs. Maybe that is the case when it comes to the Creative Director’s job in The LFL? We may never know why Heather would sit back and let women in 2012 get verbally abused, mentally abused and exposed as their panties are being ripped off of them in 1/4 full arena’s.
