The Cleveland Indians needed a win and Zach McAllister helped them get one. Cleveland Is now 6 games back in the A.L. Central and they really need to put a run together. The Indians offense was able to string together 5 runs in the game and the Indians pitching was able to hold the twins to only 2 runs.

The Indians have to put a run together if they are going to make a run at post season play. They need to continue to win baseball games and they need to put together a win streak. The Tribe has to be worried about the state of their bull-pen.

The strength of the team was the bull pen in years past. That isn’t the case these days. The Indians needed the combination of Smith, Pestano and Perez. None of those guys were able to dominate the way they did over the past couple seasons.

Pestano isn’t with the team he is down in Triple A. Smith has done well, but there is room for improvement and Perez has had his own issues this season. Then the team’s offense hasn’t been able to find the type of consistency they need to make a play off run.

There are times when they don’t produce any runs and you can’t make a run like that. The Indians need to get back to playing dominate baseball. The team is down to their last 42 games and it is time to make a move.
