The Cleveland Indians are getting something from Justin Masterson, they were hoping to get from all 5 starters this season. Consistency, Matserson pitched another good game, this time it was against the Chicago White Sox. Masterson had 7 good innings in last nights outing. He gave up 4 hits, 2 earned runs, he walked 4 and struck out 5.

Mastserson moves to 4-1 on the season and he helped the Indians move to 2 games under .500 at 8-10. He is having a good start to the 2013 season and for Francona and his Tribe, he hopes he can continue to perform the way he has so far.

The Indians scored 3 runs in last nights game. The first came in the 2nd inning from a Lonnie Chisenhall double to left field that scored Jason Giambi. The the Indians scored 2 more runs in the 8th when Asdruabal Cabrera hit a single to center that scored Stubbs and Michael Brantley.

That was all the Tribe needed as they brought in their best out of the bull-pen. Vinnie Pestano did a great job in the 8th and Chris Perez came in for the 9th earning his 3rd save of the season. The Indians are 2-1/ games behind the Kansas City Royals who are surprising many this season with the way they are playing. The Tribe will face the Royals soon. They could make up a lot of ground if they can take that series.
