The Cleveland Indians won, Ubaldo Jimenez got his 10th win on the season and he is now 10-9 on the year. It wasn't easy to watch, Jimenez had to be nervous after pitching a shut out against the Orioles the Indians put Chris Perez in to shut down the Orioles in the 9th and keep the win.

It didn't go exactly the way that the Indians planned it. Perez gave up 3 runs in the 9th and the Indians were only holding onto a one run lead. Then Perez was able to get the next 3 outs to get the Tribe and Jimenez a win.

Jimenez pitched 6 innings giving up just 4 hits while walking 2 and striking out 4 batters. It is good to see him get to double digit wins. It has been a long time coming for him. Now he just needs to avoid double digits in losses.

The Indians got their first 2 runs off the hot bat of Asdruble Cabrera, he hit 2 sac flies in the game to drive in 2 runs. One in the 4th the other in the 6th. Then Yan Gomes hit a double to deep left that drove in 2 runs in the 6th giving the Indians a 4-0 lead.

The Indians now sit at 73-65 on the season, 7-1/2 out of first place and 3-1/2 back in the wild card race.
