Nothing makes a bigger splash coming into the NFL like getting arrested does. That’s what happened to one of the Cleveland Browns draft picks. Armonty Bryant was pulled over and got a DUI. Yes, that’s right another Cleveland Browns player has legal problems. The team is being distracted by another guy who doesn’t know better than to get drunk and drive.

The Browns are out to set a record this season. One player was arrested for soliciting an undercover police officer for sex. Another player is being sued because he had his girlfriend beat up some women who were trying to leave his house and the team’s owner is under investigation for defrauding truckers out of the money they were suppose to receive for buying fuel from his company.

When is it going to end? When will the Cleveland Browns stop being the embarrassment of the NFL? The team can hardly win a football game but they sure know how to stay in the headlines. Cleveland has thought the town has been under a curse for years and it just might be so.

For the first time in years the fans had hope when the new owner came in and now those hopes are fading away. People are left to wonder what is going to become of their Cleveland Browns. They wonder when the NFL is going to step in and take control of the team. They wonder when guys who play in the NFL are going to stop doing stupid things to get themselves arrest for and just come to Cleveland and play football.

Yes, another season is quickly approaching and the fans were hopeful the team would field some wins this year. Lets hope all the legal distractions don’t steal the season. For Browns fans it is the last thing they need. Armonty Bryant being arrested for DUI is just the icing on the cake. The Browns real legal troubles start at the top of the team.
