Well, Cleveland lost to a 1 – 7  team at home last week. Perhaps we will fare better at home against a team with the same record as the Browns. I don’t want to predict but as long as Pat Shurmur is making the play calls, I will not be at my peak of anticipation. It appears we will have Mo back and that is good but if McCoy gets some time to toss I know he can find our other receivers and TE’s too! C’mon, Pat! The screen pass works! Call it more than once a game! Pitch out occasionally instead of up the friggin middle all the time. They’re looking for that, dummy! You haven’t figured that out yet?

Okay, trying to keep my emotions in check here. The Jags have a decent running attack with Maurice Jones-Drew. He’ll have to be stopped for us to win. I say make Chris Gocong a spy and eyes on Jones-Drew all game. Believe it or not Browns are #1 in pass defense so we should be okay there.  If we can figure a way to get a couple TD’s against this 4th ranked defense, we can win this game. C’mon, Pat! The Browns fans are just itching to cheer for you! Don’t screw it up at home again please? I see 24-17 Cleveland this Sunday. Show me I’m right, Mr. Shurmur! How about a nice first quarter TD? I swear you’ll absolutely LOVE hearing human beings bark like lunatics!

I’ll tell ya Bob, you’re absolutely correct about running up the middle. What the hell is he thinking? Maybe he thinks for some reason those tow little backs can squeeze through somewhere and break a long one. He should really get away form it though with the O-line he has….
