Dan Gilbert, the owner of the Cleveland Cavaliers isn't giving up on the team winning an NBA Championship. Gilbert brought up a great point, during a recent interview. He talked about  the Ohio State Buckeyes winning a national title, with their 3rd QB.

Sure the Cavaliers lost one of their best players, with the injury to Kyrie Irving. But great teams step up to the challenges that face them. The 2014/2015 Cleveland Cavaliers fall into the class of great teams.

They have faced challenges all season. They lost one of their best players, when Kevin Love sustained a shoulder injury in the 1st round of the play-offs. People were worried then, about the Cavs making it through the playoffs and getting into the finals.

What happened? Cleveland swept the best team in the Eastern Conference without Kevin Love. The Cavaliers played 2-games in that series without Kyrie Irving who was resting his knee, and the Cavs made it into the finals.

The only starter for the Cleveland Cavaliers, left starting since the start of the NBA season is LeBron James.

Has any other NBA team made it into the finals with only one player left starting that started the season? Cleveland is a resilient team. Is it going to be easy to win without Kyrie? NO, but somehow this Cleveland Cavaliers team will dig deep and make this a series to remember.

Will they win the NBA Title? Only time will tell, but when we see them play in tonight's game, we will have a better idea of just how competitive they can be with Irving.

I'm certainly optimistic this Cleveland Cavaliers team can win a title. And you should be too.
