Well its about time. The Cleveland Cavaliers signed Guard, Manny Harris to a 10 day contract. Manny who stands at 6-foot-5 was recalled from the Canton Charge on Tuesday Feb 21. Manny has been raising many eyebrows in the D-League lately. In the last two games alone many has averaged 41.0 points on .574 shooting with 9.0 rebounds, 6.0 assists and 3.5 steals in 44.5 minutes. That is the 3rd best scoring percentage in the D-League. Manny has played 17 games total with the Charge and has started 12 of those games. Harris is averaging 21.4 points on .470 shooting with 7.9 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.6 steals in 32.9 minutes per game.

In my opinion, they should have called Harris back as soon as Irving suffered his injury against Miami, but hey I don’t work in the office at the Cavs headquarters. They must see something good in Harris and made a great move to recall him from the Charge.  Harris will be available in tonight’s game against the Detroit Pistons. Harris will be wearing the #6 for the Cavs, and I’m sure he is fired up to show the fans that he is a keeper for The Cleveland Cavaliers.

I would like to see Harris permanently apart of the Cavs roster. With all this trade talk about Sessions, it would be a good move to get Harris back into the motions coach Byron Scott has instilled into the Cavaliers playbook.
